This year I decided that it was finally time for me to bring in a professional, someone who could give my site a look designed just for me and my businesses.
We created this new site with the new investor in mind because I wanted to give more opportunities to be in conversation with me and with each other.
My desire is to spark an intelligent conversation about multifamily investing, and I want to get this information/conversation out into the world in some very unique ways.
It is TIME! It is time for you to get started and take action towards achieving your multifamily investing goals. It is time for you to stop hiding, waiting for perfection, waiting for permission.
Here’s what you need to do; go to the three websites and make sure you sign up for the training that I have posted on each site. Once you are logged in, I will be able to give you updates every week on all my blog posts. Dobens Law will discuss issues dealing with multifamily and the law. Multifamily Investing Academy will discuss all aspects of apartment investing and CharlesDobens.com will essentially be the ramblings of a lunatic (yeah, sometimes I will be the lunatic and other times I’ll get my lunatic friends to chime in).
Nevertheless, we want you coming to us to help you get to where you want to go, so I guarantee, no matter what, it will be fun.
